Missions :
- Sells, advises and supports our customers in their purchasing process
- Serves in the traditional catering department
- Sets up, closes and participates in the management of the catering bench, sushi and self-service shelves
- Participate in the development of the sushi and skewer range
- Respects the rules of hygiene, traceability and food safety
